Stairs can be divided into straight stairs, spiral stairs, curved stairs, etc. in form.

1. A straight staircase is composed of the simplest geometric lines, giving people a feeling of "straight" and "hard". It is the most common, simplest, and oldest type of staircase. Compared to other types of stairs, walking on a straight staircase is the most convenient and unobstructed, but it also occupies the largest area. A straight ladder with a platform can achieve corners. Generally, there is a platform in the middle of an L-shaped ladder, and two platforms in the middle of a U-shaped ladder.

2. The spiral staircase, which occupies the smallest space, has a sculptural effect, and its winding upward trend gives people a sense of agility. But the spiral ladder is not suitable for the elderly and children, and it is not convenient to move items up.

3. A curved staircase is a type of staircase that connects the upper and lower floors through curves. It has a beautiful style and can be made very wide. It does not have the stiff corners contained in L-shaped and U-shaped ladders, making it comfortable to walk on curved ladders, but it occupies a large area. The curved ladder can have thousands of different shapes depending on the space, making it more suitable for fashion enthusiasts to use.
