2. Treatment method for warping of wooden staircase diagonal beams

As the main load-bearing structural beam of wooden stairs, it must be installed to prevent it from bending, otherwise the subsequent process cannot be carried out. Therefore, when making diagonal beams, dry, hard, and well structured wood should be selected. The tenon and eye of the diagonal beam must be straight and square, and mild warping can be appropriately trimmed and corrected.

3. Treatment method for loose tenon joints in wooden stairs

The connection between the components of a wooden staircase is basically a tenon joint, so the tightness of the tenon and mortise is the key to whether the entire staircase is firm. Therefore, when drawing lines and chiseling holes, they must be accurate and reasonable, and the dimensions of the head, eyes, and chisel must be equal. Before assembly, each member must be inspected. Before gluing, it is necessary to pre install the tenon.
